Capaia Sauvignon Blanc 2017
Our Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on a part of the farm which is situated between two natural hills. This allows the cool Atlantic breeze to cool off the grapes during the summer months.
Clear and brilliant this wine shows a pale straw colour. The nose is clean and fresh with a forthcoming intensity. Exotic aromas of tropical fruit adds to the attractive freshness.
A dry and smooth entry with flavours of ripe pineapple, guava and melon that follow through. A crisp acidity, well balanced with the fruity flavours adds to the lingering aftertaste.
An excellent partner for seafood, chicken and veal.
